Thank you for your interest in a career at Sourcing International. The protection of your personal data is important to us. Below, we provide information about how your data is processed as part of our application process in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

Your data will be processed solely for the following purposes:
Managing the application process
Contacting you as part of your application
Evaluating your qualifications for the advertised position
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures).
4. Retention of Application Documents
Your application documents will be retained for the duration of the application process. If we are unable to offer you a position, your data will be deleted after a period of 6 months, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
With your explicit consent, we may retain your application documents for a period of 12 months to inform you about future job opportunities.
5. Sharing of Your Data
Your data will only be shared within our company and solely with individuals involved in the application process. Your data will not be shared with third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we process about you at any time. Additionally, you may request correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of your data or object to its processing.
If you have given us consent, you can withdraw it at any time with future effect.

8. Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority
